The mother was discovered motionless about 00:22hrs and later pronounced dead on Sunday by Dr. Anderson. A post mortem examination with dissection was performed on the body of Sampson at the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. At the conclusion, Dr. Nehaul Singh gave the cause of death as poisoning by ingestion.
