Unemployed Linden man charged for burglary

An unemployed man from Wismar, Linden was placed on $70,000 bail recently for robbing one Devon Reece of Andyville, Wismar Linden.

According to police report, 46-year-old Paul Marciano was arrested and charged on March 27 for the offence of burglary. He robbed Reece on the night of March 21, 2021.

He appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court via Zoom before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan and charged for the offence, Contrary to Section 233 of the Criminal Law Offences Act Chapter 8:01.

He was required to plead to the indictable charge and he pleaded not guilty and was placed on $70,000 bail. The matter stands adjourned to April 15, 2021.
