Deceased: Anthony Cort

The prime suspect in the murder of 10-year-old Anthony Cort of Sophia, has been apprehended and is currently in custody.

In a press release police said the suspect will be making his first court appearance tomorrow (03/18/2021) to answer to the charge of murder.

Relative to the murder investigation and based on intelligence received, the prime suspect was apprehended.

Anthony Cort was killed during the execution of a robbery under arms which occurred at C Field Sophia on March 11, 2021.
