Even when he pretended to be a friend of African Guyanese, Freddie Kissoon was catfishing

Dear Editor

I refer to Freddie Kissoon’s article of March 2, 2020 entitled “What is the TUC’s position on the March 2020 election?” Said article is nothing short of nincompoopism intelligent minds have come to associate Kissoon’s unkempt mind with.

The nonsense of this so-called academic, arguing that the Trades Union Congress (TUC) is Lewis and Lewis is the TUC yet asking what is the organisation’s position on the 2020 election when both the TUC and I have dealt with this matter extensively, is an example of his idiocy. This is the height of intellectual nincompoopism, because if as he says, I am the TUC and the TUC is me and the position on the 2020 election is a matter of public record/knowledge, then there is no need to ask the stupid question about “What is the TUC’s position on the 2020 election?” It means that he does not even believe what he is saying about Lewis and the TUC being one and the same but expects the public to.

The political scientist conflates Lewis’ personal comments as that of the TUC to execute his agenda as an excuse not only to attack me but drag the TUC into the foray. What is evident from this is either this man is ignorant of fundamental industrial practices or he is unable to cover his real agenda; his Black attack and support of destruction of entities that he considers might be potentially challenging to the People’s Progressive Party/Civic (PPP/C). I always suspected he was a degreed dunce, a hired pen, among other unsavory characteristics.

Judging from his action it is catfish politicking where he hides his true identity and intent under various fakeries. He assumes the identity of a caring and concerned private citizen without a political agenda, whereas his historical intent has always been to support a Black attack, and fit the bulk of Black people into a mould where they are denigrated and can be controlled and subjugated by him and his political masters. Even when he pretended to be a friend of African Guyanese, Freddie Kissoon was catfishing.

He thrives in an environment of lies, distortions, contortions, chaos, hate, division, tension and catfishing. Values like peace and harmony are enemies to the captain of chaos because were these to be held in esteem in society he will lose his relevance that he has a craving addiction for. Rights, the Rule of Law and order are easily changeable and convenient principles for him. I am convinced he feels mentioning my name or the TUC’s feeds that craving like when old higue smells blood.

Contrary to the catfishing mentality, President Granger was never called by me or the TUC “to use his presidential status to cancel the election results.” Let the academic cheat provide to this nation the evidence that I or the TUC called on the President to use an authority not vested in his office “to cancel the election results.” Kissoon must stop catfishing the Guyanese community. We must not let him get off with lying. We must be prepared to confront his lies and hold his lies and others like him, also driven by the same agenda, to account AT ALL TIMES.

As to my years of service as the General Secretary of the TUC, I have been in this position for less years than Kissoon has been a columnist. So, what makes him entitled and others not. The truth is he prefers me off the scene so he could be the only one influencing public opinion. Let me put him on notice- he does not have what it takes to determine my tenure in office or civic duty to this society. I understand that my activism worries him and those whom he serves in his catfishing role but that is their problem not mine.

Regards
Lincoln Lewis
