The Party Wasn’t The Issue

About three months ago a priest signed my life certificate and I submitted
with my phone number email address etc in the box.

So today why not?

A very pleasant operative, after a very long waiting process in the sitting line,
publicly calls and informs me that there is a query on my submitted form.
Obviously I ask why nobody telephoned or emailed me weeks ago.
Consternation and apologies.

So since I wasted several hours I thought of getting me glasses voucher.
Again after a long wait a very pleasant customer service person treats.

Would you believe that in spite of several updates, my registered original (1969)
residential address is still my present address in their database?
I also queried the seven day (including weekend) maximum validity period
to get glasses from external agencies. No reason.

We go through these impediments daily and do not know where to get redress.
Long go we called “Action Line”. and at least heard something.

Now we write emails and do not get an acknowledgement.
In fact we really dont know if the mail was received since the Registry Supervisor seem not to exist.

And in the meantime our Parliamentary Representatives cussing out

The good life?
Regards
LACamacho
