A pastor was killed Sunday afternoon when his motorcycle collided with  a speeding minubus on the West Berbice Public Road.

Dead is Pastor  McKenley Farley a pastor at the Deliverance  Tabernacle Church at Yeoville West Coast Berbice.

Reports are that Farley who was a Mechanical Engineer with GUYSUCO  East Berbice Operations was riding his motorcycle in an easterly direction on the northern side of the highway at # 29 Village when a speeding mini bus proceeding west came into his lane while overtaking a line of  vehicles and hit him.

As a result of the collision the popular West Berbician of #37 Village WCB was killed. When Village Voice News arrived at the scene the man’s body was covered with a sheet. His motorcycle was smashed into pieces.
