A 27-year-old South Sophia woman was on Friday relieved of her motorcycle CK 1906 valued $178,000 by two bandits, one of whom was armed with a handgun.

According to reports, at about 18:00h the victim, Munifa Erskine was proceeding east along Dennis Street on her motorcycle. While approaching Stone Avenue, the perpetrators rode up alongside her on a red Jialing 110 trip motorcycle. The pillow rider kicked Erskine’s motorcycle causing her to fall to the road.
“The suspect dismounted the said cycle, took out the handgun and discharged a round in the woman’s direction,” Police said in a statement.
