CCWU’s President Sherwood Clarke said that GUYOIL’s decision runs counter to a letter he received dated September 10, 2020.
The letter stated that “the Board of Directors, at its Extra-ordinary meeting held on September 07, 2020, has decided that Pay Per Performance will apply to salary increases for the fiscal year 2020.”

“This has caused great distress to the workers,” the CCWU said while calling on the Company to honour its Agreement with the Union or face industrial action.
