GUYOIL’s General Manager Trevor Bassoo presents the $1M cheque to GUYOIL’S first Super 95 Millionaire Roy Marshall

A Better Hope, East Coast Demerara (ECD) man is the Guyana Oil Company’s (GUYOIL) first Super 95 Millionaire in its 2020/2021 ‘Be a Super 95 Millionaire’ promotion.

The first winner, Roy Lennox Marshall, described as a ‘faithful GUYOIL customer’, who owns a grocery shop buys large quantities of fuel products from the entity. His purchases include gasoline and diesel for both personal and commercial use. Marshall was randomly selected from over 30,000 entries.

Guyoil’s General Manager, Trevor Bassoo, handed over the $1M cheque to Marshall at Guyoil’s Regent Street Service on Thursday, December 17 at 13:30 hrs.
Bassoo said that given the hardship brought on by the pandemic, the 2020 Christmas promotion was designed to spread joy in homes across the nation that support GUYOIL and the Super 95 Gasolene brand.

The ‘Be A Super 95 Millionaire’ promotion rewards GUYOIL customers when they purchase $3000 worth of Super 95 Gasolene from any GUYOIL service station nation-wide. With each purchase of $3000 worth of Super 95 Gasolene customers can enter to win up to $1,000,000 in CASH.
The total cash and prize giveaway during this 5-week promotion is over $4,000,0000. One other lucky customer will be walking away with $1M in cash.
In addition to weekly drawings for cash, entrants will also have the chance to win Smart TVs, tablets, Super 95 vouchers, Grocery vouchers and Giftland shopping vouchers.

Week one’s Consolation Prize winners are Amiki Amsterdam, Adrian Reese, Suresh Rameshwar, Deodat Herman, Wendell Jeffrey, Jamal Mitchell, Mark Thomas, Anthony Caleb and W. Brathwaite.

The ‘Be A Super 95 Millionaire’ promotion which was launched on December 11 ends on January 15, 2021.
