According to police, Jacque Foster, 44, left his Brickdam, Georgetown in his motor vehicle for his ECD residence. Foster arrived at Montrose at about 19:00 and turned north into Broad Street where he noticed an identifiable man standing about 15 feet away from the corner facing east. The man appeared to be urinating.

The Company Secretary recounted that as he drove past, the suspect turned around and pointed a hand gun at him and discharged a round hitting him on his right hand and in the process shattering the right side, front door glass.

The victim, in response, used his licenced firearm and discharged two rounds at the suspect after which he drove home and was subsequently escorted to the Woodlands Hospital by his wife where he received treatment. Doctors removed the war head from his hand and he was sent away.
No arrests have been made.
