Residents of Bell West Housing Scheme, West Bank Demerara (WBD) will soon benefit from improved water supply following the Guyana Water Incorporated (GWI) re-balancing of the distribution network in the community.
The re-balancing was done along with the adjustment of underground valves at several locations, including the community’s pump station on Friday.
In a statement, GWI said that the work was completed on Friday following a visit to the location on Thursday by GWI’s Chief Executive Officer Shaik Baksh and a technical team.
“Residents can now look forward an improved supply of water service,” the statement said.
