City Mayor visits renovated Dorothy Bailey Health Centre

Mayor Pt. Ubraj Narine, accompanied by Dr. Reynolds the Medical Officer of the health center, and Assistant Engineer Kabila Hollingsworth, did a final walk through of the recently renovated Dorothy Bailey Health Center. The facility has undergone extensive renovations with input from Slumberger Guyana Inc., who donated significantly to the project. 
 
Having first-hand experience of the improvements done, the mayor expressed his satisfaction. 
 
The new facility has been to accommodate individual consultation rooms designed to prioritise patient privacy and comfort. The rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment, some of which was donated by the United States Embassy in Guyana, 
 
According to the mayor  the upgraded facility will undoubtedly provide better healthcare services to the residents of Georgetown, underscoring its importance in the community.
