Affordability is usually at the top of one’s list when seeking to purchase roofing materials or have a roof installed. With business and construction booming in Guyana, Roof Systems Limited says it can give customers, architects, contractors and developers a competitive advantage, especially when it comes to price, quality and design.

In fact, Marketing Executive, Sabina Ali, says Roof Systems Limited recently reduced prices to be more competitive which in turn will give customers more choices when it comes to choosing a roof supplier.

Roof Systems Limited is a manufacturing company based in Trinidad and Tobago which has been in existence since January 2005 and manufactures, supplies, and installs roof sheets, composite decking panels (deck pans), purlins and hat channels – basically everything that goes along with roofing. As their tagline suggests, Roof Systems Limited is definitely ‘More Than Just Roofing’ as they also manufacture, supply, and install the trusted and recognised GGI brand of Aluminium windows and doors. They can supply both standard and custom sizes in a combination of styles to suit any project and budget.

With a management team boasting over 60 years’ of experience, Roof Systems Limited has five locations and has done projects throughout the Caribbean. They currently export to countries in the Caribbean including Guyana, St Martin, St Vincent, Tortola and Antigua.

The company recently invested in a new factory, capable of forming roofing and soffit panels, guttering, downspouts and flashing from top materials in virtually any length and without any seams. Roof Systems Limited has a centrally located warehouse facility that stocks a wide range of products, making it capable of producing and supplying on a large scale.

With residential, commercial as well as industrial projects under its belt, the company also adheres to Best Practices, with its policies and general business standards governed by the Trinidad and Tobago Bureau of Standards.

Always looking to provide quality service for consumers and with business and industrialisation on the upswing in Guyana, Roof Systems Limited believes it can provide an alternative to existing products there and give customers a wider choice in terms of price, quality, roof panel designs and colours.

“We want to bring something different and out of the ordinary to what the Guyanese market is accustomed to in their communities,” said Ali.

Shipping to Guyana will not be an issue for Roof Systems Limited. If a customer makes a purchase, the company assists with the shipping process from start to finish. If installers are needed or if a local contractor is not familiar with a project, Roof Systems Limited’s installers are eager and willing to make the journey across to Guyana to do the installation. At the same time, Roof Systems Limited notes it also supports utilising the local labour force in Guyana.

Some of the company’s past works in Guyana include waterproofing works at MovieTowne Guyana; a Residential Project using 040 Aluminium Standing Seam sheets – Caulfield Green and another Residential Project using 040 Aluminium Standing Seam sheets – Charcoal Grey.

The company’s Export Sales Executive, Dominique De Verteuil is currently in Guyana scheduling meetings with customers, architects and contractors. She will be in Guyana until November 4. Should persons want to meet her, she can be contacted at export@roofsystemstt.com or via 1-868-322—9179 (WhatsApp as well) for a meet and greet.  (Caribbean Loop)
