Witness reports suggested that the explosives were remotely activated as Peodomo exited a vehicle near the gas station.

According to the Crime Chief, Wendell Blanhum, Peodomo admitted to his involvement in the bombing, stating that he entered our country earlier that day via boat, purportedly with the assistance of both Venezuelan and Guyanese accomplices. “He came last Sunday (October 26) at 8 AM and was supported by other accomplices,” Blanhum explained.
