Essequibo Dispute Driven by U.S. Interests, Not History

Dunce Thugs, Druggist and Hit Men Morphing into Scrape Heads: Myth or Something Devious to Guyana and created by the PPP/C Government.

The no child left behind policy of the People’s Progressive Civic Government spearheaded by PPP Minister of Education Priya Manickchand created inefficiency in the education system. This policy reduced teacher efficiency which was the expected outcome.

Teachers were not driven to perform or had any influence on children because the students knew they were going to be promoted to the next form/Grade at school based on the policy of the Government.

This policy created dunce thugs from the secondary school level where students began to disrespect teachers and each other, students did not have the encouragement nor the drive to study the policy did not leave room for healthy competition.

Students became delinquent under the dangerous eyes of the Predatory Bharrat Jagdeo Government. These delinquent youths were enticed to join the PYO to be Indoctrinated into becoming gofers- one who does what he is told to do. Thus, the emergence of several persons in the PPP who engage in criminal activities and are accused set free and are walking the streets today.

Yours truly,

Andrea Mitchell
