Last Saturday Apex Insurance Brokers celebrated 25 years of business. On June 1, 1999, the insurance brokerage opened its office at its Barrack Street location.

In a release the agency said five friends, four former Insurance Sales Executives: Deodat Singh, Dhanaciar Singh, Ronald Williams and the late Bramanand Prashad, teamed up with renowned business magnate, Terrence Campbell, to form a partnership. “That partnership gave birth to Apex Insurance Brokers, which today is celebrating its twenty-fifth anniversary as one of the leading Insurance Brokerage firms in Guyana.”

From 1999 the company has undergone dramatic changes, but has been unchanging in its enshrined core values and objectives to provide quality insurance products and services to our clientele, which ranges from large corporate public and private organizations to micro businesses and individuals, it said in a release.

“Among the gamut of products and services the company offers are property, motor, life, health, liability and marine insurance. The company not only prioritizes and specializes in providing the best rates and services the industry has to offer, but also facilitates the timely renewal of insurance policies and favourable settlement of claims of policyholders.”

Apex is a member of the Insurance Association of Guyana, and reportedly is supervised and regulated by the Bank of Guyana.

The company has expressed appreciation to all our clients, business affiliates, employees and well-wishers for their faithful support and loyalty.
