Caribbean Airlines is expanding its regional and international network with the introduction of a new non-stop service between Tobago and Toronto, the resumption of passenger flights between Trinidad and Caracas, Venezuela, and a series of charter flights between Trinidad and Panama.

The airline said the new and returning services are intended to give customers greater travel options for leisure, business and family purposes while supporting tourism, trade and stronger regional and international connectivity.

Beginning October 25, 2026, Caribbean Airlines will operate a weekly non-stop service between Tobago and Toronto, with flights scheduled for Sundays.

The airline said the direct connection will link Tobago with one of its key international markets and is expected to support tourism and family travel between the island and Canada ahead of the peak winter travel period.

The move comes as Caribbean destinations prepare for increased travel during the winter tourism season, when demand for air services traditionally rises from North American markets.

Caribbean Airlines will also resume commercial passenger service between Trinidad and Caracas from October 31, 2026, restoring direct air connectivity between Trinidad and Venezuela.

According to the airline, the service is expected to facilitate business travel and tourism while strengthening links between the two neighbouring countries.

The Caracas route also restores an important connection between Trinidad and mainland South America, providing travellers with a direct alternative for travel between the two markets.

In addition, Caribbean Airlines will operate a series of charter flights between Trinidad and Panama from December 1, 2026, through February 9, 2027.

The charter services will operate on selected Tuesdays and Fridays and are designed to provide additional travel options during the Christmas and Carnival periods.

The airline said the Panama flights will also support tourism and trade by providing additional connectivity during one of the Caribbean’s busiest travel periods.

Caribbean Airlines said the expanded schedule forms part of its efforts to strengthen connectivity while responding to the travel needs of customers across the region and international markets.

The airline stated:

“These services will offer customers greater choice for leisure, business and family travel, while supporting tourism, trade and stronger regional and international connectivity.”

The introduction of the Tobago-Toronto service comes as Caribbean destinations continue to seek stronger links with Canada and other major tourism markets, while the resumption of the Trinidad-Caracas route re-establishes a direct connection that could benefit commercial and personal travel between the two countries.

Customers have been encouraged to follow Caribbean Airlines’ official communication channels for further information on flight schedules, fares and booking availability.
