  1. Watermelon and Ginger Juice

Combining watermelon and ginger provides a juice with many vitamins and minerals, and health benefits that include:

  • Improving digestion: Ginger is known to relieve nausea and settle an upset stomach, while watermelon’s water and fiber content help keep the digestive system healthy.
  • Stabilising blood sugar levels: Watermelon, when paired with high-protein foods, may help stabilise blood sugar levels after meals. Ginger has the same effect after meals by slowing down the digestion of carbohydrates.

  1. Beetroot Juice and Chia Seeds

Chia seeds and beetroot juice provide many health benefits, such as:

  • Reducing blood pressure: Research found that beetroot juice may lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure.9 The omega-3 fatty acids in chia seeds can reduce cholesterol and triglycerides.
  • Keeping you hydrated: Beetroot juice is hydrating and also provides many essential nutrients. Adding chia seeds boosts hydration by absorbing up to 12 times their weight in water.
  • Helping with weight management: Beetroot juice is low in calories and rich in fiber, which keeps you feeling fuller longer. Chia seeds are high in protein and fiber, increasing satiety.
  1. Carrot Juice and Ginger

Blending ginger and carrot juice is a great way to boost essential nutrients and benefits, such as:

  • Improving your gut microbiome: Drinking ginger juice improves the healthy gut bacteria in your digestive tract.
  • Supports skin health: Carrots contain beta-carotene, which increases antioxidant levels and protects the skin from ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
  • Strengthens your immune system: Ginger and carrots have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which protect the body from diseases and enhance the immune response. (verywellhealth)
