The new, modern database-driven platform focuses on data alignment, academic transparency, and accountability, aiming to bring the regional education sector in line with leading Learning Management Systems (LMS) utilized in North America and Europe. The system is designed as a one-stop, equity-minded web LMS and mobile application, catering specifically to Education Ministries, District and School Administrators, teachers, students, and parents in the Caribbean.

Pilot and Expansion

EduGoal Global’s modules have already been successfully piloted in Guyana, with upcoming introductions planned for Jamaica and Barbados. The platform’s features and modules are customized to align with the unique conditions and requirements of partner countries and institutions across the region.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Culturally relevant teaching and learning resources, organically designed for specific institutions or countries.
  • AI-powered personalized adaptive tutoring to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Standard-aligned electronic assignments and tests/quizzes for streamlined academic management.
  • Creation of digital libraries at the school, regional, and national levels.
  • Data Management system within hand’s reach.
  • Continuous access to learning even without “wifi” connections.

In addition to academic support, the platform offers organizational and instructional management, online learning, social-emotional support, and professional development opportunities for educators.

Bridging the Digital Divide

EduGoal Global is dedicated to closing the digital gap in Caribbean P-20 education by providing easy access to essential tools, data, and resources. Teachers and students can personalize lessons with ease, while administrators can assess lesson plans and track student progress individually, by class, or by school. A parent portal is also expected to be introduced, enhancing family engagement in the learning process.

Real-Time Support and Collaboration

Leveraging the latest advances in AI, the platform ensures that quality education is accessible, engaging, and effective for all learners. Administrators, teachers, students, and families are empowered with real-time support, opportunities for communication across different geographic areas, and differentiated instruction methods—all contributing to equitable student success.

To foster equitable student success, the system offers several flexible learning options, including

  • Provides a single, organized platform where students (including those with disabilities) and teachers can access individualized educational plans, personalized learning materials, assignments, assessments, and feedback.
  • Reduces fragmentation, streamlines communication, and ensures instructional consistency across regions, classrooms, and grades.
  • Deliver uninterrupted instruction anytime, anyplace.
  • Offer consistent, engaging, and timely professional development to teachers, regardless of their location, with the ability to track progress/usage.
  • Supply mandatory training to administrators and teachers, anytime, anyplace. • Improve communication between all stakeholder groups (government officials, regional   administrators, school administrators, teachers, students, and families)

Additionally, EduGoal Global offers a wide variety of courses on diverse topics, accessible anytime and anywhere. Students can learn conveniently from their laptop, tablet, mobile phone, or any suitable electronic device and continue their studies on the go using our mobile app. EduGoal Global provides a practical, scalable, and sustainable solution for governments, school districts, and private institutions to integrate. About the Developer and CEO

Dr. Donica Thompson Chan is an education scholar-practitioner whose work centers on equity, inclusive leadership, and systemic transformation in K–12 education. She holds a Doctorate in Education from Long Island University (Focuses on AI Tools in Education), a Master of Science in Education in Special Education from The College of Saint Rose, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Touro College, and a Master of Public Administration in Law and Public Management and a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY). Dr. Thompson Chan spent more than fifteen years as a general and special educator serving diverse and marginalized student populations in New York City. These classroom experiences profoundly shaped her commitment to culturally responsive pedagogy, inclusive instructional design, and advocacy for students with disabilities and those historically underserved by educational systems.

Building on this foundation, Dr. Thompson Chan transitioned into administrative leadership and education innovation, applying her interdisciplinary training in education, leadership, and public policy to address systemic inequities at scale. As part of this work, she founded and developed EduGoal Global, an education technology initiative designed to digitize learning across the entire educational ecosystem. EduGoal Global provides an AI-powered, personalized K–12 digital learning platform that integrates a comprehensive learning management system (LMS) with a mobile application, enabling equitable access to instruction, assessment, and data-driven personalization for students, educators, and school systems. Through inclusive design and adaptive technologies, EduGoal Global bridges opportunity gaps, supports differentiated learning, and reimagines how educational systems can leverage technology as a tool for justice-centered, system-wide transformation.
