In celebration of International Men’s Day, Outliers Zone Caribbean™, the Caribbean’s premier Employee Financial Security & Retirement Training Institute, officially launched its disruptive corporate offering, the Employee Financial Security & Performance Intensive™, with the ranks of the Guyana Prison Service at their Lusignan Headquarters.

This premium, holistic corporate experience is designed to address absenteeism, financial stress, and employee disengagement while equipping participants to build a financially secure and purpose-driven future. The launch marked a historic moment in Caribbean corporate wellness, as attendees received the Caribbean-built flagship book, The 7F’s for a Financially Fulfilling Legacy™, along with its companion Implementation Playbook. Both books are authored by Athalyah Yisrael, Co-Founder of Outliers Zone Caribbean™ second time author, drawing on nearly seven years of experience partnering with organizations to provide retirement planning and employee financial wellness programs. These tools provide participants with a tangible five-year Financial Security Roadmap, empowering them to design, lead, and document their personal and family legacy intentionally.

The one-day workshop immersed participants in a transformational experience, shifting mindsets from merely “working to provide” toward intentional legacy creation. Employees were introduced to the concept of Quality Time Remaining (QTR), which encourages reflection on how they are spending their most precious resource ‘time’ and aligning daily actions with long-term goals. The session emphasized financial focus, moving participants from using work solely as a means to an end to building generational wealth and security. Identity and mindset alignment were central to the experience, shaping attendees as men who lead with purpose, balance, and intentionality. Participants expressed overwhelming gratitude, describing the session as eye-opening, practical, and life-changing, noting that they felt both “exposed” and “upgraded” by the clarity, tools, and actionable strategies they received.

“Men are the legacy bearers of their families,” said Athalyah Yisrael, Corporate Employee Financial Security Coach and Co-Founder of Outliers Zone Caribbean™. “This launch demonstrated that when employees understand their QTR, align their identity, and take control of their finances, they can stop merely ‘working to provide’ and start creating a Financially Fulfilling Legacy™ for themselves and their families. Organizations benefit immeasurably from employees who are focused, engaged, and performing at their best.”

At the heart of this innovative program is the 7F’s Framework, guiding employees to assess, align, and grow across seven pillars: faith, fitness, family, finance, fun and fulfillment, future, and friends. The framework provides a holistic approach to employee development, balancing personal purpose, wellness, and financial security with professional performance. Participants leave the session with a personalized five-year roadmap, actionable templates, and exercises that translate insights into immediate, measurable improvements in focus, productivity, and legacy-building.

The Employee Financial Security & Performance Intensive™ is ideal for companies seeking to reduce absenteeism, alleviate financial stress-related distractions, and increase employee engagement, retention, and loyalty. As organizations plan for 2026, this program provides an opportunity to make strategic investments in workforce development, ensuring employees are equipped to perform with clarity, focus, and purpose. Participating employees gain financial clarity, actionable retirement planning strategies, and tools to strengthen family relationships and personal purpose, while experiencing increased energy, focus, and life fulfillment.

“As companies prepare for the new year, this program allows organizations to invest in their employees’ future, build generational impact, and create a workforce aligned with purpose and productivity,” Yisrael added.

The Employee Financial Security & Performance Intensive™ is delivered as a one-day intensive for groups of 2–25 participants, either in-person or virtually. The investment is GYD $500,000, with additional participants at GYD $25,000 each. Each participant receives The 7F’s for a Financially Fulfilling Legacy™ book and Implementation Playbook, valued at $15,500.
