WIN supporters this fight is not yours

On the 13 October 2025, the Committee for the Residents of Subryanville attended the M&CC statutory meeting at Kitty Market. In this pubic meeting the M&CC moved a motion in order to facilitate the Farnum agenda item under reports.
The Residents of Subryanville attended the said Statutory Meeting in order to receive documents from the Mayor, showing David Sugrim owns Mae’s Schools & properties at 9, 19 & 29 Third Avenue Subryanville. On the soad 13 October, the Mayor, who described himself as the “political arm of M&CC, received some documents from Mr Sugrim’s lawyers. It was publicly recorded at the said Statutory Meeting, that no such documents were previously sent to the administrative arm, The Town Clerk nor the office thereof nor to the City Engineer.
The Residents were permitted to view copies of 3 Transports for the Third Avenue, Subryanville properties which confirmed that the properties were not in David Sugrim’s name. A Business Registration Certificate for Mae’s Schools was dated June 2024 was also seen. It was expired. The Commercial Registry had confirmed that the said Mae’s School registration had been struck off the register. The Residents therefore questioned the legality and validity of that Mae’s Schools business registration.
Since early September 2025, the residents requested and were promised by the Mayor to also produce the plans for new building at Third Avenue, Subryanville, agreement of sale and minutes of relevant M&CC meetings. The Mayor failed to produce these documents or any application to use Farnum playfield, but gave sight of a pending conveyance.
In light of the above, there can be no discussion on any MOU for usage of Farnum. Further the Residents of Subryanville are vehemently opposed to the creation of any lease or any renumeration for usage of the community Playing Field. We, the unconsulted Residents and financial caretakers of Farnum’s Playing Field, stand firm in our commitment to have the Farnum’s Playing Field returned in it’s entirety. The residents await the outcome of this reiterated demand for a cease-and-desist/stop order along with a demolition order.
The residents have engaged with Central Housing and Planning Authority (CHPA) to have the covenants on their transports enforced for all applications in at CHPA and henceforth. The Residents of Subryanville have also engaged CHPA to have the construction stopped via email with stamped hard copies acknowledged by CEO’s & Legal Offices.
