The Ethnic Relations Commission (ERC) in a statement announced that it has successfully completed its observation of  the Disciplined Services voting, held on August 22, 2025, in advance of the upcoming General and Regional  Elections scheduled for September 1, 2025.

In fulfillment of its constitutional mandate, the ERC said the agency deployed twenty (20) accredited Local Observers across all  ten Administrative Regions of Guyana.
