China’s Ministry of Commerce announced on Monday that it decided to extend the investigation period of the anti-subsidy investigation on imports of certain dairy products originating from the EU until February 21, 2026, given the complexity of the case.
The ministry announced the decision to initiate the investigation on August 21, 2024, according to the announcement.
