Guyanese man found hanging in Antigua

(Loop News) Police in Antigua are investigating after a man in his late 20s was found hanging at his home on Jonas Road this afternoon.

The individual, who relocated from Guyana to Antigua approximately three years ago, had been working as a farmer since his arrival.

According to local media, the man had been hospitalised yesterday following a self-harm incident.

He was subsequently released with instructions to return for follow-up medical care at 12 pm today.

Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this incident.
