Charles Ramson Jr. has once again made the news, one too many times, but unfortunately for him, for all the wrong reasons. Where on this occasion, he made headlines for humiliating, not for the first time, the Director of the Burrowes School of Art, Ivor Thom. For Director Thom isn’t a run-of-the-mill sculptor, having been well established, if not renowned, nationally and throughout the wider Caribbean.

But the arrogance of King Charles the Turd, respect neither man nor woman, especially if their race and mode of dress aren’t consistent with his values. In fact, he said as much, when he unapologetically pronounced to none other than Bharrat Jagdeo himself, that he fears no man. However, despite his naked bravado, we in these 83000sq miles recognise King Charles the Turd for what he really is, an impotent coward.

The fact is, Ivor Thom, a highly respected sculptor who served his country well, was racially abused by one of King Charles’ the Turd royal aristocrats. However, having abused the highly respected sculptor, King Charles’ the Turd royal aristocrat instinctively accessed his speed dial, recognising he is politically affiliated with a man of unadulterated powers.

And the bigoted King on hearing of his associate’s troubles, immediately summoned to his Palace, Ivor Thom. But the lowly subject having been racially abused, attempted to provide his version of the events, to His Royal Highness King Charles the Turd. However, His Royal Highness would’ve none of it, instructing his plebeian subject to shut up, as he proceeded to debase the scholarly sculptor.

Having said that, this isn’t an isolated case of abuse of royal prerogatives, by King Charles the Turd. In fact, the bigoted King has a sordid history of exercising his powers, with distasteful arrogance and obnoxious pomposity. For who can forget that jocular occasion when he nominated himself, most egotistically, as Leader and Presidential candidate of the PPP. However, unfortunately for him, his party being exhausted with his distasteful arrogance, changed the electoral rules, to prematurely manoeuvre him out of the selection process. And with this being a good dose of humble pie for the overbearingly pompous King, the thought was, he would’ve learnt lessons.

But despite the good dose of humble pie, administered by none other than Bharrat Jagdeo himself, the pompous King remain unresponsive to any form of tutelage. And it’s that lazy reluctance to engage privileged tutelage, which was made evident in his ill-informed statement, young black kids need mentors, to see that there is a pathway for them to build that successful life.

However, whatever was the motivation for such a racist statement, King Charles the Turd certainly ensured it was unambiguously expressed, despite his anencephalic burden. In fact, despite this anencephalic burden, His Royal Highness of a narcissistic personality, illuminates a blinding delusion of grandeur. And it’s this blinding delusion of grandeur which underpinned King Charles’ the Turd conviction, that without the minimum qualifications, he can self-accredit as an Oil and Gas Consultant and Academic.

As a result, being cognisant of King Charles’ the Turd disposition, it wasn’t the least surprising this utterance, your image isn’t a reflection of what I want for this ministry, to the well-respected Ivor Thom. Thus, the enquiry to be made is, what image would King Charles the Turd be most comfortable with, representing his ministry?

Moreover, was King Charles the Turd made uncomfortable with an image of Ivor Thom’s attired African print apparel? However, this wouldn’t be the first, and certainly not the last allegation against King Charles the Turd, as it pertains to perceive racist language.

And it’s for the reasons outlined in this column, Charles Ramson Jr. isn’t a fit and proper person to be holding a ministerial office, installed or otherwise, in a multiracial and multicultural society. In fact, this column would proffer, Charles Ramson Jr. should be kept miles away from power, since as argued by Plato, “Those who seek power aren’t worthy of it”
