In addition, 15 women’s players are now contracted with three awarded multi-year contracts.

Hope, Joseph, Alzarri Joseph, Brandon King, Gudakesh Motie, and Jayden Seales on the men’s team have been awarded multi-year contracts, while Matthews, Shemaine Campbelle, and Stafanie Taylor are among the women similarly rewarded.

CWI announced on Wednesday that it has awarded multi-year contracts for its men’s and women’s players for the next two years.

It announced that the achievement comes on the back of a new four-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed in January 2024 between CWI and the West Indies Players Association (WIPA). (Caribbean Loop)
