  • Pay bills.
  • Transfer funds to other Scotiabank clients as well as to other banks.
  • View and download statements.
  • Update personal info.
  • Make loan payments.
  • Customise Scotiabank Alerts.

Step-by-step guides available here on our website, helping clients to sign up and use the Scotia Caribbean App with confidence and ease.

Nafeeza Gaffoor, Country Manager, Scotiabank Guyana commented “We’re always listening and working to improve your Digital Banking experience. This updated mobile App here in Guyana is part of our commitment to offering clients secure, fast and more convenient solutions, through innovative use of technology.”

With Scotiabank Alerts, clients can stay on top of their money with notifications sent via the Scotia Caribbean App/email for transactions, security and credit card controls. There are 21 Scotiabank Alerts that can be customised for online and mobile transactions. No other bank locally offers such a comprehensive offering of alerts.

The introduction of the Scotia Caribbean App follows recent upgrades made to the Bank’s online banking platform – Scotia OnLine, which now offers clients enhanced security through the use of One Time Passwords (OTP). An OTP is a second layer of security, which is used to protect your account. Furthermore, new bill payees have been added, providing clients with the ability to pay all their essential bills anytime, anywhere. The most recent addition is Mobile Money Guyana. Other bill payees include GPL, GWI, GTT, E-Networks, Digicel, Nexlink, Courts and many more!

The Bank is also incorporating digital advancements into its ATM functionalities, with upgrades coming soon, along with an expanded ATM footprint.
