Women’s Haven Guyana participates in EmpowerHer Wellness talk at SLB

Women’s Haven™ Guyana  continued its Menstrual Health Awareness Month activities with an  impactful presentation at SLB on May 22nd, 2024. Executive Distributor,  Lexann McPhoy, led a discussion on the importance of embracing wellness  through the use of organic feminine care products.  

The talk focused on moving beyond simple awareness of menstrual health,  and resonated with SLB’s female staff, particularly those working in  operations. Ms. McPhoy highlighted the benefits of switching from  traditional pads made with wood pulp or cellulose to organic alternatives.  Attendees were also given the opportunity to observe an absorbance test of

“It was truly rewarding to share our passion for organic feminine care with  such a diverse group of women at SLB,” said Ms. McPhoy. “Witnessing their  understanding and enthusiasm for the benefits of these products is what  drives our mission at Women’s Haven™ Guyana.”  

Women’s Haven Guyana invites the public to continue the conversation  on menstrual health and wellness at the upcoming Menstrual Health &  Hygiene Expo 2024. Join them on Saturday, May 25th, 2024, at the Girl  Guides Association Pavilion, at 10am.
