Carifta 2024: Guyana sets new record in Mixed 4X400m relay

Guyana continues to blaze the tracks in Grenada with an incredible Gold medal win in the Under-20 4X400 metres Mixed Relay at the 51st Carifta Games.

On Day 2 of the games, the Guyanese mixed medley relay team of Malachi Austin, Narissa McPherson, Neilson Gill and Tianna Springer clocked a new record of 03:23:51s.

Meanwhile, Attoya Harvey finished third in the Girls’ 3000 metres race to give Guyana a Bronze medal.
