The University of Guyana extends sincere condolences to Carolanne Bernard,  other family members, friends and members of the national, regional and international  legal fraternity on the passing of our dear Justice the Hon. Dr Desiree Bernard.  

The University of Guyana was privileged to have been able to honour the Hon. Desiree  Bernard in 2022 as an iconic jurist and exemplary Guyanese woman and human.
