To commemorate its 50 years as a Law Firm in Guyana and the Caribbean, Hughes Fields and Stoby commissioned Videomega Productions to create a coffee table book to chronicle its contribution over those years.  Copies of the book have been handed over to the National Library, University of Guyana Library and Walter Rodney National Archives for posterity.

Presentation to Ms. george Librarian UG library

This book provides a history of the firm and by extension showcases some of the significant developments in the legal fraternity over the period of its existence. With contributions from those of its founding members still living, family members and associates, the book is the first of its kind in this genre to examine the workings of a law firm in the region.

Editing and photography were both coordinated locally by Videomega Productions and printing was done in the USA. Accompanied by full colour photographs and with an elegant design, the hardcover publication is now officially included in the annals of the Guyanese literary repertoire by way of this donation.
