The Woodlands Hospital earlier today announced the passing of 75-year-old Dr Neville Gobin.

In a statement, Woodlands Limited said “It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our beloved Dr Neville Gobin who dedicated his life to his patients and his family.

“He served as the Managing Director of Woodlands for over three decades, where he worked tirelessly to ensure that patients visiting the hospital were provided with the best possible care”.

In 2020 Dr. Gobin was conferred Cacique’s Crown of Honour for his outstanding work in the field of medicine. The Cacique’s Crown of Honour the second highest award in the Order of Service of Guyana.
