The burnt vehicle, a dark grey Audi, was discovered in a secluded area behind Swan Village. The car is registered to Nirvana Algu, a resident of Bel Air. At the scene, investigators also found a bottle containing a liquid substance, believed to be bleach. This bottle, along with other bottles found in the vicinity, will be sent to the Guyana Forensic Science Laboratory for analysis.

To confirm the identity of the victim, police are planning to conduct Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) testing, comparing samples from the remains with those of close relatives of the missing woman.

In connection with this incident, detectives have detained one individual for questioning. This person is known to have had a relationship with the missing woman. The police are actively investigating the case, piecing together the events that led to this tragic incident.
