– A copy of their Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) Certificate.
– A copy of the requisite off-liquor and malt & wine license or a liquor restaurant license.

Applicants meeting the above criteria are required to clearly state, in their letter to the Revenue Authority, the quantity of alcohol they wish to purchase and provide their contact information. All requests must be submitted on or before Wednesday, November 15, 2023.

Regulations and Rights
It is essential to note that all foreign alcohol purchases will be subject to the stamping requirements outlined in Regulation 212 of the Regulations made under the Customs Act, Chapter 82:01. Additionally, the Guyana Revenue Authority reserves the right to reject any or all requests and to remove or re-offer any of the items for sale.

For further inquiries or to submit requests, interested parties can contact the Guyana Revenue Authority at 227-6060 or visit their offices at 200-201 Camp Street, Georgetown, Guyana.
