Nation to Mourn MV Barima Victims for Three Days

Former Mayor Pt. Ubraj Narine joined fellow colleagues of the PNC/R (People’s National Congress/Reform) to mark the  Party’s 66th anniversary Thursday. The event was held in honour of the party’s long-standing commitment to national development.

The PNC/R party, established in 1955, has been a driving force in Guyana’s political landscape for over six decades. With a strong focus on socio-economic development, national unity, and advocating for the welfare of every citizen, the party has left an indelible mark on the nation’s progress.
Narine said the anniversary celebration “was a resounding success, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our party members and volunteers.” According to him the event was a true demonstration of unity, enthusiasm, and optimism for the future of the party and the nation as a whole.

As former Mayor Pt Ubraj Narine continues to play an active role in people’s and community development. This event was another testimony of his support for the Party and his shared commitment to creating a better future for all Guyanese citizens.
