UK, Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
PPPs paid and unpaid writers & speakers’ daily LIES with racists’ propensities, and PhDs UNTRUTHS for the continuing PPP corrupt activities, WILL all FAIL, with the effluxion of time. PPP talks ONE GUYANA but practices ONE PPP GUYANA with Autocracy. Party Punishing Poor Citizens (PPPC). MISSING are Scientific Research Papers, Feasibilities Studies, and Inclusivity of the SIX RACES.
2025 will soon arrive, with a New Government, and do recommend, for the RETURN of the CORRUPT ILL-GOTTEN WEALTH, to the Guyana Treasury, following a one-month amnesty period, via the Specialized Organized Crime Unit (SOCU), with a TEAM of USA Experienced “Certified Fraud Examiners “(CFE), to bring back BLACK MONIES stashed overseas and parked in Foreign banks.
Have been reliably informed that SARs were filled for Guyana and businesses with corrupt transactions. UK, Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) alert law enforcement to potential instances of money laundering or terrorist financing.
What amount of money triggers a SAR? There is no financial amount which triggers a SAR in the UK. A SAR should be submitted if a party has suspicion or knowledge of money laundering or terrorist financing, regardless of the amount or currency of a transaction.
The SAR is filed by the financial institution that observes suspicious activity in an account. The report is filed with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, or FinCEN, who will then investigate the incident.
Professional Money Launderers (PMLs) use Trust and Companies to conceal ownership of corrupt and criminal monies, with the facilities to move the illicit monies through secrecy accounts and jurisdictions.
