The Airlines announced over the weekend services were distributed due to  “a remarkably high volume of calls [out] from pilots.”

Monday the Trinidad and Tobago Industrial Court granted an injunction to the Airlines, ordering the carrier’s pilots back to work. The Airlines is currently negotiating with the Trinidad and Tobago Airline Pilots Association over a collective agreement.
Disruptions in flights have left hundreds of travellers in the region and overseas stranded. Some have since threatened to sue.
