But having expressed reservations, reassured we were, with the DPP guarding the doors of justice, we should demonstrate confidence, and let the system work. So, with fingers crossed, faith we exercised, willing the system to work, even as we reflected on the DPP’s chequered past. And work it certainly did, however never in our favour, but in favour of the Powerful Pradoville Pedophiles. Thus, burdened with concerns, inquiries we made, only to unearth this buried skeleton, Shalimar Ali-Hack is Shameless Ali-Hack.

As a result, Shameless Ali-Hack we unmask, even as  with compulsion, we set the record straight. Set the record straight in providing meaning to the word shameless, and clarity to Shameless Ali-Hack. Which means, the Oxford Dictionary we explore to illuminate shameless, as that person showing a lack of shame; barefaced or brazen. For barefaced and brazen was Shalimar Ali-Hack, in dropping Irfaan Ali’s 19 criminal charges. For barefaced and brazen was Shalimar Ali-Hack, in dropping Ashni Singh’s criminal charges. For barefaced and brazen was Shalimar Ali-Hack, in dropping Nandlall’s criminal charges. For barefaced and brazen was Shalimar Ali-Hack, in dropping Brassington criminal charges. For barefaced and brazen was Shalimar Ali-Hack, in dropping Allister Charlie’s attempted rape charges.

In fact, over the past 3 years and counting, Shameless Ali-Hack has been dropping PPP charges, like nobody’s business. For so barefaced and brazen she has become, that unbothered she is about reputational damage. Thus, guided by her reputation, many have  inferred, with some justification, that she’s in bed with PPP. In bed with PPP, evidenced with the haste, in which she recommended 20 murder charges against a 15yr old child. The post-haste recommendation of charges, provoking this most germane of question—With the source of, and mechanism of the fire unknown, what possible evidence or testimony, Shameless Ali-Hack could’ve used in recommending murder charges? For this is surely a case of the DPP placing the cart before the horse; firstly recommending murder charges to thereafter requesting investigatory assistance from the ATF. Nevertheless, this to share, in the civilised world, criminal investigation precedes charges.

Mark’s Take

However, notwithstanding overwhelming evidence, significantly more we shall present, to reinforce our message; Shalimar Ali-Hack is nothing but shameless. Unambiguously shameless, evident in her handling of  Dharamlall’s rape allegations, and this her ensuing  protest response;

“The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has observed that members of the opposition political parties have mounted protests in front of its office.”

Thus, we question, how could Shameless Ali-Hack have known the protesters were members of the political opposition? For they could’ve been from the Red Thread women’s group. They could’ve been apolitical concerned citizens. They could’ve been supporters of the Amerindian People Association?

However, this we share, Shameless Ali-Hack is notorious for making the most disgraceful extrapolations from the most minimal of evidence. For if my memories serve me right, which they unerringly do, it was this very Shameless Ali-Hack, who made the most preposterous argument to the CCJ, on the Neesa Gopaul murder case. Where to the CCJ she argued, fallaciously I must add, the gym weights found on Neesa Gopaul’s body, must have been the work of her stepfather, since he’s a weightlifter. But so intellectually and legally simplistic is she, irreversible from available evidence, that she failed to reason, Neesa’s stepfather isn’t the only weightlifter in Guyana. Which means, the weights on the body could’ve been affixed by multiple other persons. For there was no DNA evidence. There was no eyewitness testimony. There was no CCTV recording. Yet Shameless Ali-Hack used the most simplistic of legally barren arguments, in extrapolating to a fallacious conclusion.

But unfortunately for Shameless Ali-Hack, her legal faux pas, if not folly, wasn’t overlooked, as Justice Saunders humiliatingly schooled her on her toddler level legal inference. However, clearly out of her depth, she hasn’t quite learnt, likely incapable of, thus she labels all crowds protesting her office as opposition protesters. And having not learnt meant she had more bewildering balderdash to share;

“This police file in question, is only one of thousands of police files, which the DPP’s Office receives from all stations in all 10 administrative regions of Guyana for legal attention.”

Thus, we question, hadn’t Shalimar Ali-Hack thousands of files to appraise, when that 15-year-old child was post-haste burdened with 20 murder charges?  Most certainly she did, but the satisfaction of her political masters took precedence over the welfare of a child, which means she will forever be Shameless Ali-Hack.
