Which means, the weights on the body could’ve been affixed by multiple other persons. For there was no DNA evidence. There was no eyewitness testimony. There was no CCTV recording. Yet Shameless Ali-Hack used the most simplistic of legally barren arguments, in extrapolating to a fallacious conclusion.
But unfortunately for Shameless Ali-Hack, her legal faux pas, if not folly, wasn’t overlooked, as Justice Saunders humiliatingly schooled her on her toddler level legal inference. However, clearly out of her depth, she hasn’t quite learnt, likely incapable of, thus she labels all crowds protesting her office as opposition protesters. And having not learnt meant she had more bewildering balderdash to share;
“This police file in question, is only one of thousands of police files, which the DPP’s Office receives from all stations in all 10 administrative regions of Guyana for legal attention.”
Thus, we question, hadn’t Shalimar Ali-Hack thousands of files to appraise, when that 15-year-old child was post-haste burdened with 20 murder charges? Most certainly she did, but the satisfaction of her political masters took precedence over the welfare of a child, which means she will forever be Shameless Ali-Hack.
