Guyana eyes 600 MW power expansion as oil production surpasses 900,000 BPD

The U.S. Embassy is proud to partner with Humanity First Guyana ! Yesterday, Chargé d’Affaires, a.i., Adrienne Galanek, Mayor of Linden, Her Worship Waneka Arrindell, and U.S. Embassy Georgetown representatives collaborated with Humanity First, Courts Optical Guyana and the Ministry of Health – Guyana to conduct a medical outreach for Linden residents.
We also helped Humanity First welcome eight medical students from the University of Maryland who volunteered to assist the residents. The outreach provided critical medical services and furthers our commitment to the health and well-being of the people of Guyana.
