Our 57th Anniversary: 26 May 1966 to 2023.

Congratulations, Best Wishes and Successes, for our 57th Anniversary, with a HOPE for A CHANGE to be better for ALL 6 RACES, as our 58th Anniversary begins. Before 1966 and to date, many people made herculean sacrifices for a Guyana to be “One People, One Nation, One Destiny”, which over half the population will agree NOW, is a current Work in Progress.

What is now occurring under the PPP, is this the PRICE for PROGRESS with OUR blessed abundance of OIL, WATER and NATURAL RESOURCES, and where the food bill has doubled but not the income? and many are starving or at one meal a day. Many rich countries are actively finding ways and means to provide jobs and create wealth for its CITIZENS FIRST as their # 1 priority, and it is time Guyana be on this list. Around 70% of our people are born after 1966 including the majority of the current PPPC Government.

DEMOCRACY is much more than the declaration of elections results by GECOM, with the PPPC one seat majority in Parliament. It requires the Rule of Law to be respected by the PPPC Government, IF NOT it is an Authoritarian Guyana. Many are saying it is the PPPC’s version of DEMOCRACY with speeches, when it is AUTOCRACY, with its ugly effects at weekly media events, social media postings and DPI DAILY releases. MISSING is weekly Media conference AFTER the Cabinet Meetings, which ceased since August 2020 with PPPC. The latest being the questioning in the media of Honourable Justice Sandil Kissoon, by the TOP Government officers who are also PPPC Top Party executives.

The PPPC National Conference was held the last SIX years, COVID-19 was the excuse for not holding with elections of officers. It is time for members to choose their leaders by ballots, and the World will be watching IF the PPP MARXIST CONSTITUTION is on the agenda to be amended. My Washington back channels are asking and waiting, and the NEW USA Ambassador will be asked by Washington, to report on this MARXIST Constitution issue which is very relevant NOW with ExxonMobil Billions and other investments.

The OPPOSITION the Government in waiting, APNU+AFC held their elections DURING COVID-19 with their hybrid system. PPP needs to consult the APNU+AFC for the skills, masters, and best practices, which is evident the PPPC is lacking, OR the PPPC is a Dictatorship in practice by a CABAL for the past 6 years.

With respect, Is Guyana, heading to ETHNICISATION?

“What does ethnicization mean? In sociology, racialisation or ethnicisation is a political process of ascribing ethnic or racial identities to a relationship, social practice, or group that did not identify itself as such for the purpose of domination and social exclusion.

  • Need for PUBLIC LEADERS TO MANAGE FOR ONE PEOPLE, ONE NATION, ONE DESTINY
  • PARTY AFFILIATION MUST NOT BE THE ONLY CRITERIA FOR assistance, contracts, and jobs.
  • OPPOSITION and CIVIL SOCIETY to be more involved as we embark on our 58th. Anniversary

It is time for an ELDERS GROUP of PPPC, APNU-AFC, CIVIL SOCIETY, and KNOWLEDGEABLE OTHERS, to be mobilised to assist, guide and counsel the current and future Governments, in place of the current tearing down and discontinuation after a General Elections and the wasting of taxpayers’ money. This occurred with three successful items BEING DISCONTINUED at the Embassy in Kuwait, plus others in Guyana, for example, the ICT Program, Police Training and Reforms, EPA intensive staff training including the monitoring of the oil production with a foreign grant, etc.

ExxonMobil is a Fortune 500 USA Corporation which is subject to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

From my back channels know, that many GUYANESE/AMERICAN CITIZENS in the USA Diaspora, from New York, New Jersey, Georgia, Maryland, and Washington, have approached their USA Representatives, Senators,  the US Justice Department, and the White House, on the PERCEIVED VIOLATIONS of THIS ACT. The Justice Department was asked to investigate. If ExxonMobil did and is doing nothing wrong, there is nothing to fear, the investigation will arrive at The TRUTH with EVIDENCE.

Mission: OFAC

“The Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) of the US Department of the Treasury administers and enforces economic and trade sanctions based on US foreign policy and national security goals against targeted foreign countries and regimes, terrorists, international narcotics traffickers, those engaged in activities related to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and other threats to the national security, foreign policy, or economy of the United States.”

My back channel, is that this office is very interested in some items and some persons in Guyana. The GUILTY persons will know THEMSELVES.

Call for National Referendum on Exxon Contract

Exxon Mobil “ The current administration is urged to consider holding a national referendum on the Exxon contract to put an end to the continuous squabbles in our national newspapers.”

1963: Blessed AFRICA Liberation DAY and AFRICAN Unity DAY, on May 25th. with our Collective best wishes for an Africa with its 55 Member States in the African Union. The time for AFRICA, is NOW.

SKILLS, TALENT, and RECRUITMENT

In Guyana’s orbit including the diaspora, aka Region 11, there is an abundance of young and matured, and SKILLED TALENT that can be encouraged to be on a TEAM GUYANA for the 58th, Anniversary, and forward, with their SKILLS, on contracts, including STAFF for EXXON and the OIL & GAS supporting businesses, then to CARICOM for talent. Successive Governments often reach out for funding at elections time, then the Diaspora, Region 11, is forgotten.

We should not be ungrateful to Trinidad & Tobago, Venezuela and Cuba who gave valuable financial, oil, health, and material assistances. Now Guyana is the fastest growing economy in the World, preferences SHOULD BE for staffing from Trinidad & Tobago, Venezuela, and Cuba, should be the SECOND PRIORITY, in place of other far-off nations, like INDIA with the very horrible CASTE SYSTEM, which Guyana continues to suffer from, BUT MANY Letters to the media DO NOT TOUCH CASTE, like the untouchables in INDIA. Do we remember a Senior PPP Minister basting on his “Brahmin” status, versus his Ministers’ colleagues. Will we perpetuate this CLASS SYSTEM in a 12 BILLION Barrel of OIL GUYANA? to answer should be NO, NO, NO.

Will these far off nations staff, be with 3 Fs, Staffing Companies who were on trips, advocating for these people, to cash in on the potential high recruitment fees? It is very sad that the Top two elected leaders in Government, are also advocating for this system, which voters will remember at the LGE and the next 2025 General Elections.

We all wish, pray and hope for Guyana and its citizens in its 58th Anniversary year, to be successful, with an improved quality of life, with wealth creation opportunities for all. Many of the critical and evaluation commentators have SOLUTIONS which can be used for improvements.

No Government ON EARTH, is the sum of all knowledge, and after the General Elections, there should be a total mobilisation of ALL, in place of “abee day now” or “ aapan jaat” which HAVE NOT facilitated meaningful lives’ improvement for the majority, of Guyanese.

My hope is that the NEW 2025 Government WILL follow the Singapore Best Practices “MPH” model for Government, Businesses, ExxonMobil, NGOs, all the Corporations and groups operating in Guyana, to be with, 3 Keys (MPH) model, and the PPP administration can start this MPH model TODAY with his Presidential Decree.
