Excel and ECONOME form partnership to host youth conference

Excel Guyana Inc. and ECONOME Business Conference & Mixer have announced their strategic alliance to host a one-day conference for young entrepreneurs and professionals in Guyana. The event is scheduled for June 24th 2023 @ 5:00 p.m. at the Marriott Hotel Kingston, Georgetown.

In a release the duo stated theirs are the premier event for young entrepreneurs and professionals in Guyana.

As the official strategic partner of this event, Excel said it is proud to support the exchange of valuable knowledge, networking opportunities, and the growth of entrepreneurship in Guyana.

ECONOME was founded by Mr. Matthew Gaul, the creator of Common Cent$, a financial literacy podcast aimed at educating young people about business and money.

The goal of ECONOME is to bring together professionals, experts, and teach leaders in the finance and business industries to share useful information, engage in intellectual dialogue, and enhance their capacity for entrepreneurship.

Attendees at the conference will have the opportunity to hear keynote addresses, presentations, and panel discussions from CEOs, entrepreneurs, and financial professionals who will explore the latest trends, best practices, and innovative strategies for Guyanese to benefit from Guyana’s new economic paradigm.

According to the release, the company which holds a Local Content Certificate of Registration has earned the distinction of being the first Guyanese company to achieve Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Certification.

The duo is inviting persons to participate in what they called an opportunity to grow their wealth, discover new opportunities, and develop their entrepreneurial capabilities in Guyana.
