And this the posited hypothetical—Against your will, you’ve 400yrs toiled, undertaking donkey work, even as brutal whips lacerate your backs. Where that inhumane you’ve endured, registered millions of deaths. From diseases. From starvation. From suicides. From murders. From rapes. From dehydration. For fifteen million suffered inhumane deaths.

Then you’re emancipated into a beaten downtrodden inequality, whilst your slave masters were compensated millions. But emancipated you weren’t, for slavery evolved colonisation. Jim Crow. Apartheid. Centuries of discrimination. Exploitation. Victimisation. Murders. A  judiciary that disproportionately incarcerates Blacks, re-enslaving with invisible chains. For the aforestated, speaks to your hypothetical, however they’re our burdens.

And for this reason, a cacophony is being heard, demanding reparation. For we aren’t demanding compensation for emotional distress, since we rather not break their banks. We aren’t demanding compensation for kidnappings, since we rather not break their banks. We aren’t demanding compensation for that stolen, since we rather not break their banks. We aren’t demanding compensation for the extrajudicial murders, since we rather not break their banks.

We aren’t demanding compensation for an annihilated culture and language, since we rather not break their banks. We aren’t demanding compensation for our religion demonised, since we rather not break their banks. For this our demand is minimal—reparation in lieu of 400yrs of unpaid labour. However, of our demands, this we were rewarded—International Decade for People of African Descendant—IDPAD.

IDPAD

Wherefore, a British apology was demanded, however that offered were regrets, which we too regretted. So of the Dutch we turned, but after 400yrs to construct, their apology was one which we collectively regretted. Thus, we reflected on our children, in whom we’ve inculcated the virtues of apologising, therefore now they duly query, why can’t grown men and women apologise?

Nevertheless, confronted with our injustices, the United Nation, under the theme, “People of African descent: recognition, justice and development,”  voted unanimously to recognise 2015-2024 as the International Decade for People of African Descent. Where three overarching objectives were articulated;

1. Promote respect, protection and fulfilment of all human rights and fundamental freedoms by people of African Descent, as recognized in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights;

2. Promote a greater knowledge of and respect for the diverse heritage, culture and contribution of people of African descent to the development of societies;

3. Adopt and strengthen national, regional and international legal frameworks according to the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action and the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, ensuring their full and effective implementation.

Thenceforth, with the decade recognised, the UN called upon Member Nations to develop and enact concrete and practical steps, through the adoption and effective implementation of national and international legal frameworks, policies and programmes to combat racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance faced by people of African descent.

Where out of this framework IDPADA-Guyana was birthed, to receive 6yrs funding from the APNU+AFC Government. However this was discontinued by the Bharrat Jagdeo PPP, which is unsupportive of Black Lives Matter, and their positive anti-discrimination global message.

For IDPAD and in extension IDPADA-G was unanimously voted on by the 193 Member States of the UN. But it took one omnipotent, of name Bharrat Jagdeo, to veto that unanimously UN voted. And that he did, being deluded as one with an unique Einsteinian intellectuality, albeit rendered a microcephalic koala dunce, by one Isobel Yeung. Thus today, we continue that deconstruction, of he who vetoed 8 billion voices, represented by the UN.

For he saunters into Parliament with one so debased, that he is burdened with his bag. However, of his claimed academia, an exhausted ant would effortlessly shoulder his achievements, for so lightweight they stand. Where that degree, of which he claims, is from a country that doesn’t endorse the free market. Which means, he’s registered a communist economist, of an archaic construct, explanatory to his 100% project failures, with Skeldon a national burden.

But some may argue, he’s a politician extraordinaire, for a dozen years he was titled President. However, I shan’t concur, for this we know, when PPP won those elections, the Indian votes represented 52%, hence with the race card and race dynamics, any PPP microcephalic koala dunce would’ve won.

Thus, we venture legal, to explore the doctrine of clean hands, which speaks to the accuser not being of what he alleges. Which means, a thief can’t seek redress for thievery, with himself a thief.

For we’ve seen the Isobel Yeung corruption interview, where Jagdeo, horse sweaty, guilty as charged. But being a microcephalic koala dunce, failed he has to recognise, labelled corrupt, he lacks the moral authority to label IDPADA-G corrupt.

Thus we remind—He who asserts must prove. That is, to accuse, the burden is your’s to prove. Which means, with the back of the class dunce labelling IDPADA-G corrupt, he was burdened to prove. However, when challenged, his evidence went missing like his good mate Su.

Mark’s take

But this we know—IDPADA-G serves to edify on racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance faced by people of African descent. Thus, it promotes respect, diversity, and recognition of the contributions of people of African descent, to the development of societies.

However, this we have, IDPADA-G funding denied by PPP, even as they squander billions on the predominantly Indian Sugar Industry. Even as they expend billions on their predominantly Indian communities. Even as they bulldozed and flooded predominantly African Communities. For it’s these discriminatory acts, that’s motivate their supporters, to racially attack us. Such supporters, that racially assaulted five schoolboys, unwelcome in their own school. Such supporters, that racially attack us on social media. Black monkeys. Black dogs. Black thieves. Such supporters, that PPP tokens, never condemn. Where of such Black tokens, Harriet Tubman speaketh, “I freed a thousand slaves and could’ve freed a thousand more if they knew they were slaves.” ….if they only know they’re tokens.
