Community Policing Group to be resuscitated in Middle Road, La Penitence

Linden Launches Waste-to-Wealth Initiative to Turn Household Waste into Income

On Saturday, W/Asp Williams-Singh, Sgt Griffith, along with members from Ruimveldt Police Station Management Committee and Alexander Village Community Policing Group, conducted a walk-about within Middle Road, La Penitence, Georgetown.
The team met and interacted with residents to resuscitate the Middle Road, La Penitence CPG, to assist in the eradication of criminal elements in the area and foster closer relationships with the Police and the community.
Several residents signalled their intention to be a part of the group, which is slated to be resuscitated shortly. The visiting team addressed other concerns raised by the residents.
Members who participated were:
1. Pastor Jean Roberts
Deputy Chairman, Ruimveldt Station Management Committee.
2. Ryan Pollard
Vice-Chairman Alexander Village Community Police Group.
3. Ryan Greenidge
(PRO) Alexander Village Community Police Group.
4. Donald Joseph
( Assistant Secretary) Ruimveldt Station Management Committee.
