COP15 negotiators reach agreement on global biodiversity framework

Negotiators at the 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (COP15) announced they had agreed on a framework for global biodiversity as talks ended in Montreal, Canada, on Monday.
