  1. First thing how can the RSS do any kind of investigation without interviewing me, the person that is speaking out about this cover-up.
  2. Why would the RSS care about who I stayed by when I was sent to Essequibo and how did they know if it was rent free or not
  3. How can the RSS say that the bribery allegations is hear-say without interviewing me to find out where I get that information from and whether the person that told me had proof of same.
  4. For the people that keep saying that I only speaking out because I was caught in a drug operation by CANU, now CANU never had me as a suspect with the drugs that they supposedly find because to this day I have not seen the drugs, I was never cautioned of any offense by CANU,  my fingerprints were never taken,  neither was I profiled. They just take my picture and told me that they are not going to publish it because I am not getting charged
  5. CANU was going to send me away along with the other police but they told me I don’t know what problems you and your superiors have but they told me to put you in the lockups while in the lockups my photo was leak to the media.
  6.  I must state that on the 18th May 2021 when I went to Leonora Court after receiving the phone call from Mark Richman I saw Mr. Watts in Lenora station compound and I told him what transpired and he give me his number and I send all the information to him via WhatsApp after I was transferred I then on the 3rd March 2022 I send a message to then acting Police Commissioner Nigel Hoppie along with the evidence and  a document for him to  open containing my entire statement explaining everything that took place he did not respond.
  7. On 14th April I send via WhatsApp to the President and Home Affairs Minister the evidence and a document for both of them to open containing my statement explaining everything that took place along with other evidence, but they did not respond.
  8. On Saturday 16th June, I went to the Ministry of Home Affairs where I met Minister Benn and relate to him what took place, he then told me to send back the picture of Mark Richman along with the other information and I did, and he responded by saying ok in a text. So I didn’t just come out and say this, I know that this guy have money and strong political connections and he also have the police, so I went to the people with the big office and they did nothing when I find out after coming out the lockup that they were going to get me killed and used me being in that situation with CANU as a cover-up I had to come public.
  9. No businessman didn’t tell me to do anything. Who know me know me, I don’t like advantage and nobody with money can’t get me to do nothing. The businessman that they are referring to is a friend of mine who was vex when I make the live video. Now the mastermind send two persons to me telling me he want  me and him to sit and talk without anybody,  he want me to make an apology and I must say that the businessman from Essequibo put me up to do this, that’s what the person told me he wanted me to do and he will give me a purse that will turn my hold life around, and I told the person to tell him go and f##k he self, I rather die telling the truth.
  10.  I then received information that a hit was on me.  My lawyer had written to the President twice but did not got any reply.  You see these people lying from the start with the press conference and all they are trying to do is damage my credibility, but I am prepared for whatever.  I guess now they will file the  charges but I’m ready for whatever if I go to jail or if I die the President and all the people who trying to make it look like I’m lying know deep down inside that I’m telling the truth and they know who killed Ricardo Fagundes.
  11. Below is text that I would have sent to the then acting Commissioner of Police, the President and Minister of Home Affairs months before I was caught up in that situation with CANU.
