However, when the matter was called before Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs on Wednesday (May 18), the Court was informed that the DPP has since withdrawn the matter. No reason was reportedly given by the DPP.

Bollers was represented by Attorney Eusi Anderson.

Singh is the son of retired former chancellor of the judiciary, Carl Singh. According to the court particulars on March 20, 2022 at Middle and Cummings Street, Georgetown, Singh allegedly incited racial hostility towards Bollers in contravention of the Racial Hostility Act on the grounds of her race as an Afro Guyanese.
