Scores arrested in West Dem for breaching COVID guidelines

Scores of partygoers were on Sunday morning arrested for breaching the Covid-19 guidelines, the Guyana Police Force has said.

In a release police said the over two hundred persons were told to disperse from a party spot in Pouderoyen, WBD around 02.00 hrs Sunday March 28, 2021. Most of them immediately complied but the defiant ones were promptly arrested and charged,
