Police arrest two for armed robbery of Charity businessmen

Two male suspects have been arrested in connection with the Robbery Under Arms committed on Steve Sue (41) and his business partner You Rong Can (37) both of Charity, Essequibo Coast (Region Two) on January 3, 2021.

The businessmen were relived of two iPhones valued $120,000 each and $80,000 cash.

Police said that acting on information received from the Charity Police Station, they visited a house located at the Charity Housing Scheme where two males were seen and searched. $356,240 and clothing were discovered.

The suspects are assisting with investigations.
