Former Member of Parliament, Jerome Khan has been hospitalised after contracting Covid-19.

Khan in a brief Facebook post, warned against the dangers of the disease. “Covid 19 is not a joke. Never know when it will hit you. I followed all protocols yet stricken by the virus. People take this seriously!” Khan cautioned.
As of Sunday Guyana had recorded 6,908 cases with 170 deaths thus far. Some 6165 persons have recovered.
