…XR bike stolen

A 43-year-old teacher of the Christianburg Secondary School, Wismar, Linden, was held at gunpoint by two bandits, and robbed of his black XR motorcycle on Tuesday.

According to the police, the man, Fidel Alleyne, was robbed at Tank Street, Wisroc Housing Scheme, Linden. The motorcycle is valued at $425,000.
The police said the victim was proceeding home on his motorcycle when a male wearing a dark short pants, light color T-shirt with a mask on his face emerged from the bushes. The bandit reportedly pointed a handgun at Alleyne and kicked him off the motorcycle causing him to fall to the ground.
“The suspect then went over the victim pointing the object to his face and threatened to kill him, during which another suspect emerged from the bushes wearing a dark short pants, a light color T-shirt with a mask on his face picked up the victim’s motorcycle and both perpetrators mounted the cycle and sped off in the southern direction making good their escape,” the police reported.
Investigations are ongoing.
